SAP CORE

SAP is now a core strength. The journey began in 1995 when some of our group companies began implementing SAP. Down the road we discovered that we, as a group, would benefit immensely from centralizing all our SAP talent under a single organization and making that organization a profit center, replacing many cost centers. Thus the new entity came into existence.

“Concrete and commerce in the City that Never Sleeps”

The resultant gains from technology transfer, knowledge sharing, internal cost savings, as well as consulting service profits have already made SAPBUREAU a great success both within and outside the Group.

We now employ 160+ SAP professionals worldwide: 100+ in USA/Europe and 60+ in India.

We have even established an SAP Training Center in Dolvi, near Bombay (Mumbai), India. This facility is used for cross-training SAP professionals who wish to acquire a wider handle on their SAP expertise in cross-functional areas.

Our service offering goes far beyond just professional services.

We have developed and are continuously developing practice areas that enable us to offer end-to-end outsourced services in specific areas where were have our own methodology and delivery mechanism. Such practice areas currently include Business Process Modeling (BPM), Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), SAP Web Integration services and SAP Data Conversion services.

We are currenly developing a Legacy-to-SAP migration product code-named "instantSAP" that is based on OMG's ADM (Architecture Driven Modernization" principles and is based on the Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) platform adopted by SAP NetWeaver.

We are in the process of developing pre-configured industry solutions for Steel and Textile industries offered nowhere else at present.

We are also developing, in collaboration with IMU America, an ERP/SAP plug-in product that offers the manufacturing sector a reliable, high-quality alternative to cost accounting processes used in the industry today. The new methodology will provide a reliable solution to reduce material cost and environmental/ecological waste by offering a very high level of practical know-how in implementing a new technology called Flow Cost Management (FCM). Conventional accounting principles are not able to provide precise data regarding the escalating cost of materials. The aim of Flow Cost Management technology is to organize end-to-end production processes in terms of flow of materials and related information - all structured in an efficient, object-oriented database.
